Parkset Group has unveiled plans for a new mixed-use residential and community project in the thriving neighbourhood of North York, Toronto. Located at 157 and 159 Willowdale Ave. and 238 Spring Garden Ave., the development is set to reshape the urban landscape by providing sustainable and community-focused amenities. Spanning 10 floors, the building will feature 90 residential units, of which 16 are fully handicap accessible. The units range from 36.2 m² to 77.3 m², offering a variety of bachelor, single-bed, and double-bed configurations designed to accommodate a diverse range of residents. The ground floor will include a childcare centre with a spacious playground and 819.5 m² (8,819 ft²) of dedicated space. Additional amenities include indoor communal areas, a modern lobby, and an office space for community use. The development is also noteworthy for its sustainability efforts. Solar energy panels installed on two rooftops will cover a total area of 398 m² (4,289 ft²), reducing the building’s carbon footprint. The property will also offer 26 indoor parking spots, bicycle parking, and electric car charging stations, ensuring convenience for environmentally conscious residents. With this project, Parkset Group continues its mission of developing innovative, sustainable, and community-focused properties, contributing to the growth and modernization of North York.
